Brigades that count for Army Morale |

Page 18 for army morale says to add up all of the infantry and cavalry brigades in the army to find the "starting number of brigades."
Presumably you mean formed infantry and cavalry, not light battalions and light cavalry regiments?

Actually, the "light" troops don't count only when they're NOT brigaded, but used as "independent units" ... like some artillery batteries, the very few infantry skirmishers, etc.
I think.
